  1. Lemon, Mint and Cucumber Detox Water Recipe

This lemon, mint, and cucumber combo is a classic! Cucumbers are full of vitamins and electrolytes and are known for flushing out toxins! Lemons are loaded with vitamin C, and help with indigestion, bloating, and weight loss! To top it off, mint has amazing antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. This recipe is super easy and perfect for an everyday detox!

Ingredients 

3 liters of water

1/2 cucumber

2 lemons, sliced

10-15 mint leaves

Procedure

  • Wash and slice the cucumber and lemon, and rinse the mint. Then in a jug or large bottle, add the lemons, cucumber slices, and mint in the water
  • Let it sit overnight in the fridge to maximize nutrients into the detox water 
  • You can keep adding water to the jug/bottle for a couple of days until you need to change the ingredients. 

Tip

  • Organic cucumbers are preferable as they are prone to pesticide contamination.
  • Ginger, Lemon and Mint Detox Water Recipe

This detox drink recipe is full of goodness! Ginger water can help strengthen your digestive system and prevent indigestion, nausea, and heartburn. Lemons are loaded with vitamin C and acts as a natural detoxifier. It not only helps with indigestion, bloating, and weight loss but also boosts your immune system! And mint has amazing antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and natural sweetening properties. This recipe is extremely simple and convenient!

Ingredients 

3 liters of water

2 inches sliced ginger root

2 lemons, sliced

10-12 mint leaves

Procedure

  • Wash and thinly slice the fresh ginger root and lemon, and rinse the mint. Then, in a jug or large bottle, add the ginger, lemons, and mint into the water and let the ingredients infuse
  • Let it sit overnight in the fridge to maximize nutrients in the detox water 
  • You can keep adding water to the jug/bottle for around 2-3 days before you will need to switch out the old ingredients for fresh ones.

Tip

  •  You can add a few drops of either peppermint, oregano, or lavender essential oils to help ease digestive issues like bloating and nausea.
  • Mango, Lemon, and Pineapple Detox Water Recipe

A delightful tropical blend, this mango, lemon, and pineapple-infused detox water helps with weight loss and nourishes your body with antioxidants. Pineapples contain an anti-inflammatory enzyme called bromelain. It helps boost the immune system, cleanse your blood, and is amazing for your hair and skin! Lemons are packed with vitamin C, and help with indigestion and bloating. Mango is a low-calorie fruit that is high in fiber and is a great source of vitamins A and C. It perfect for a healthy gut, strong immunity, and good eye health! This detox water recipe is super quick and easy!

Ingredients 

4 cups purified water

1 mango, peeled and cut into slices

2 pineapple slices, cut into quarters

2 lemons, sliced

Procedure

  • Wash and thinly slice the lemon. Then, in a jug or large bottle, add the mango, lemons, and pineapples into the water and let the ingredients infuse
  • Let it sit overnight in the fridge to maximize nutrients in the detox water 
  • You can keep adding water to the jug/bottle for a few days before you will need to switch out the old ingredients for fresh ones.

Tip  You can add some Chia seeds to the mix. They are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber, iron, and calcium.
