Water quality report/certifications

To maintain the high-quality standard, we have a water treatment process in which we strictly adhere to international quality standards (HACCP & ISO:22000) from SGS, implementing GMPs / SOPs, state-of-the-art technology and providing an extensive distribution network and efficient customer service. By employing sophisticated together with modern technology, every water bottle is sanitized and thoroughly purified by a meticulous 10-step process. We are ISO Certified whereas our samples are regularly tested through Aga Khan Laboratories and hold the following national and international certifications:

Ozonation therapy/ Purification process

Pretreatment:

The process includes chlorination, sedimentation, coagulation, filtration through multimedia cartridge filter, and addition of anticipants.

Reverse osmosis (RO):

This process completes in two steps

1.Ro 1 plant: Pretreated water is pumped to RO 1 plant that removes total dissolved solids along with undesired agents

2.RO 2 plant: product of RO 1 water is pumped to RO 2 plant for the removal of total dissolved solids up to 99.98%

Mineralization and addition of ozone:

Health minerals (calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium merck made in Germany) are added in water to make the salts balanced. In addition, Ozone has excellent disinfection and oxidization properties that make water free from pathogens.

Washing of Bottles:

Sniffing and physical inspection:

All received bottles either reuse or new are first properly checked and physically inspected of any suspicious material.

Pre Inner Washing Machines:

These bottles are washed with antibacterial detergent for the removal of any slimy layer and to give surface area for better working of the sanitizing agent.

Outer washing machine:

The machine is used for the external washing of bottles to remove mud and dust and the process is carried out with brushes and freshwater.

Inner washing machine:

This machine consists of four stages:

Stage 1 (washing with anti-bacterial solution)

Stage 2 (washing with the sanitizing agent)

Stage 3((washing with a sanitizing agent

Stage 4 (washing with ozonized water)

Printing of caps:

Each cap after disinfection is placed on the bottle - this is printed with batch no, shift manufacturing date, expiry date, and manufacturing time.

Neck seal:

After capping, neck sealing is carried out with heaters to ensure safety and sanitization of the product
