Why should I drink more water?

Can I use it for all purpose?

Bottle used for drinking purpose only.

How do I get my security deposit refund?

Call our Customer Service at 111-628-873 or contact us and inform us that you require a refund for your security deposit. You will receive the refund at your delivery address within 10– 15 working days.

How do I get my delivery address changed?

To notify us of your new address, please call 111-628-873 or whatsapp us on “03005553186″ Within 2–3 business days, a new address will be created.

How often will I receive my water delivery?

Your delivery schedule is determined by your location, route, and account type. Your route sales representative will provide you with a delivery calendar at the time of your initial delivery. Furthermore, if you need to change your delivery schedule, please contact your route sales representative or call us at 111-628-873

What if I run out of water before my next delivery?

If you run out of water before your next scheduled delivery, please call a friendly customer service representative who can determine the availability of a special delivery as soon as possible.

Do i need to be home to receive my water delivery?

No, you are not required to be present when your products are delivered. Simply choose a location in your home or office, and our route sales representative will leave your water there every time. If you receive regular deliveries, you can leave your empty bottles in the same location, and your route salesman will replace them with new bottles of water.

Why am I charged a deposit on my initial order?

We are great recyclers! As a result, we must keep up with our containers. A bottle deposit is a fee. A bottle deposit is refundable for each three or five gallon bottle delivered to you and will be credited to your account once each empty bottle is returned.

How many days will it take to receive my order?

You should receive a call to schedule your installation and/or delivery within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.

How will I be billed each month for my service?

You will pay at the time of delivery of your bottles. In this case, you will purchase a coupon book containing 11 leaves. Each leave is valid for one bottle you receive. Give the same number of coupons to your delivery sales representative. Once all your coupon leaves are finished, you can purchase another coupon book.
